Taken from the profile of my friend the liberal Texan, quoting a local I assume:
"We have the death penalty in Texas, and we use it. If you come to Texas and kill someone; we kill you back. They're trying to pass a law now in Texas that states if there are 3 or more eyewitnesses to a heinous crime then the offender will be put to death immediately, not wait on death row for 15 years. That's right. In some states they're trying to abolish the death penalty. In my state; we're putting in an express lane."
