I wish the graduation parties hadn't been so overlapping. Looking back and talking to people, I find that I missed cool stuff at almost all of them that I didn't get a chance to properly credit/thank people for.
Now that I'm calming from the frenzy, I'd like to make a few comments to reflect on things I may have thought or said.
First, prompted by another such comment, Chris' speech. In my opinion, excellent. I especially respected his integrity in refusing to "stick 9/11 in somewhere" as Mrs. Mirkin had requested. He'd told me beforehand that his intention was to be personal and honest, and although I thought at times his stories and examples got long, none of them were gratuitous. Overall I was very impressed, but not surprised. In the past few years I've learned -never- to doubt his ability to succeed.
Moving on, the all night party. Just a lot of fun, despite certain.... details. Boxing thing was great, gambling was fun despite the large wins and losses, and it was cool chilling with Eric who I haven't gotten to in a long time. Plus dealing was amusing until Mr. Andrews relieved me ;)
Graduation parties: I couldn't give enough nods all around, and I'm sure if I tried I'd miss something important. So I won't. Thank you everyone who invited me, it was fun, congradulations everyone.
